PLEASE REVIEW THE FOLLOWING GUIDELINES
REGARDING YOUR STAY WITH US:

• Arrival/Check-in time is 3:00 p.m. and Check-out time is 10:00 a.m. Suitcases may be dropped off before check-in time.
• 35% deposit required at time of reservation for your lodging. Balance is due in full, one month prior to arrival for large groups. Balance is due in full on first day of arrival for others. 7% Montana State Bed Tax is added to the total bill.
• People sleeping in the Meeting Room or Exercise Room is an extra charge of $20/person per night. Any RV parked and used as accommodations is $50/night.
• Any group renting the entire Haymoon Resort will be required to have a $1,000 deposit at time of reservation.
• All prices are in US dollars.
• Convenient Express Check-in & Check-out: Upon arrival you go directly to your lodging, the door will be unlocked with keys inside waiting for you! Call us upon arrival if you have any questions or concerns regarding your stay with us. Simply leave the keys inside and the door unlocked when you leave.
• All reservations are confirmed in writing by e-mail or letter. All Quarters are Smoke-Free. Ashtrays are provided for outside smoking area. There will be a $200 charge added to your credit card if we determine that you have smoked inside one of our facilities for extra cleaning.
• Daily housekeeping is NOT included in your accommodation rates, but can be provided if desired for an extra charge.
• Rental accommodations are expected to be returned in same condition as guests find them in at arrival. We request that dishes be put in dishwater or washed, pillowcases & sheets be stripped from beds (leave pillow protectors & mattress covers on) and put all trash into appropriate dumpster (we RECYCLE). Please keep in mind we have to charge your credit card for excessive cleaning.
